Adjust each earbud so that it sits on your ear at about a 45° angle. Place the rounded end of the L-shaped part in your ear, then wrap the barrel around your ear so the barrel rests behind your ear. The barrel of the earbud should not be in front of your ear and the button must not face downward. Also, the earbud should not be facing downwards or upwards as shown in the last two examples above.

    It’s a great product. It’s hardly noticeable around the ear, but I do find myself having to adjust it for the best volume range. For the best experience download the Bose app

    Decent but not great. It’s nice to have open air to hear the surrounding noise but when you’re in a loud environment hearing music or phone calls is very difficult. I wouldn’t buy these again
