    The sound value is not good and ear piece doesnt fit snug. Im always afraid im going to lose it. Im not very happy at all.

    I can not use them. I charged them before the first use and they were fine. Now they will not charge and I can not use them at all

    The concept is great, however they were constantly disconnecting to where you need the case to do a “hard reset” to get them to connect again. I couldn’t even get through 30 minutes without them messing up like that. I had to return them. Definitely not worth the frustration. It’s a known issue…which I didn’t know before I purchased.

    If they had been $100 they would have been okay but for $300 I did not like the experience the sound quality was not there they weren't that comfortable and on top of it if you had enough outdoor noise they were almost useless I'll stick to one ear bud in an ear instead

    This headset is not worth $299. The volume is low. It’s just not worth it. There’s no noise cancellation it’s just not worth $299 is not worth $99.

    Sound quality is very low. Microphone is not picking up my voice properly. Fit is excellent.

    for these beings Bose. I did not like the sound quality. I feel they could have made this much better. I do like the way it fits and does not move from my ear, But I had to return these because I do not compare to an Airpod.

    Would not recommended, i bought these as a gift for my brother and while testing them he turned some music on low and i could hear it sitting 5 feet away from him. I get these are better for your ears but you dont want others hearing your conversation or music

The Ultra Open Earbuds feature Bose's OpenAudio technology, which directs rich, deep audio into the customer's ear canal while minimizing sound spillage in other directions. In most environments and at most listening levels, people around the user won’t hear anything. In a very quiet environment, others may hear that something is playing, but they shouldn't be able to hear any detail unless they get up close.     I feel this is mainly for joggers and people outdoors that need to pay attention to their surroundings. Not design to talk to people on the phone because it has the worst ever microphone quality like way below -3 star.

    They are not very good, especially when I talk to people. They hurt your ears after some time, when I take them off, my ears are red. I’m very disappointed in the quality. This is my first time being disappointed by the product Bose. Most all my stuff is Bose, so I know what I’m saying is true

    The wearing needs significant improvement, it wraps around the ear, but the sound is poor, I've adjusted it many different ways, its not good

    I do not like the open feeling for it, I was wishing for more of an open feeling and also noise cancellation. but it just felt like I was listening to music with like normal headphones but still hear everything around me
