But when I talk to somebody they say that there is a echo and they can't really hear me. So that is a sucky thing and makes me very sad.

Posted .Hi BenjaminR, thank you for sharing your feedback. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds feature two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly enhance call quality. If the microphones are blocked, it may result in poor sound for the person on the other end of the call. To ensure the best performance, please make sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on your ears.

I can actually hear what everyone is saying to me.

However, the technology of the earbuds when it comes to talking on the phone is crap! it sounds like the person is far away, muffled, and there are even times that I cannot hear the person. I wanted to return these because for the money I feel like it should all flow!! Whether I am listening to music or speaking on the phone the sound quality should be considering the brand and again the money. Unfortunately Best Buy has a 15 day return policy (which is stupid) and I could not return this product, so now I am stuck with an expensive product that I don't want. I would have just purchased headphones or a speaker from this brand instead! I guess I expected so much more out of Bose!

I have tried the over ear earbuds and the pop off my ear. I have tried the in ear earbuds and they fall out. I am talking multiple brands of each type, nothing work. These stay, they don’t move and they don’t hurt!! I love them! Best earbuds I have ever found!!
