I have been a long time fan of the Bose inear headphones. For many platforms ive tried many years ago i was looking for the crisp and clean sound and bose delivered however And unfortunately for me, the open ear was a downright disappointment for the Bose line in my opinion. I was told by one of the employees at Bestbuy that these headphones were rated quite good from alot of people...and well. As a diehard audio guy, these did not deliver that "bose" quality sound. At max volume the sound was crackled, there was also not much bass and it just was not my style of in ear headphones. I gave it 2 stars because the one star was for fitment, it felt good "clipped" to the ear, but i wish it had a little more to out that bud into the ear itself. And the other star was for the idea that Bose was going for. The quality of the sound for me was terrible... the BEST in ear buds ive had from Bose was the ones that were super large and stuck out alot BUT you would twist the bud itself into your outer ear and it would literally fit into place and not fall out at all. The "second generation" for the ultra quiet inear that took a good thing and turned it into something different and made it bad. For that first gen the speaker itself was a little further away from the eardrum and MADE THAT quality crisp with the bass bose has been known for. The second gen...since it was closer to the ear drum it took away some of the max volume of the music and turned it down a bit because it was closer to the ear. So with the open ear....it just washed it away. Idk how much more disappointed i can put into words on how sad i am of what Bose Did with this line.....and asking 300 bucks for it. I did it as a trade in from the utra quiet 2 earbuds for these...and 3 days of use. I returned them and got a giftcard caz i didnt even want the ultra quiet 2's either.

I think the sound quality is great. My only complaint is when I am at the gym, I can’t even hear what is coming through the earbuds. I know they are open buds but I didn’t realize just how much background noise I would hear.

These fit comfortably around your earlobe. Listeneing to these allows you to remain aware of your surrounding and converse when needed. Don't buy if you plan on making calls (microphone is terrible) or need noise cancellation (can't hear anything on MAX volume when doing anything that involves loud noises).

I ended up buying 3 because my son loved his so i bought one each for my other daughters! Convenient-easy to carry and works great!!

Best earbuds so far, other styles hurt my ears, or won’t stay in. These are very comfortable

would have never got these because I am rough on earbuds, I break them all the time. But my warranty was good so I go an upgrade, and these things are outstanding open ear amazing sound quality of Bose untouchable,

I got these earbuds for my daughter on her birthday but regrettably she asked me to return them. I am a big fan of the Bose name but in spite of the sound quality she claimed they were too heavy on her ears and uncomfortable.

Love these. The sound is great. I don't like having everything else blocked out with earbuds but these are the only pair I've tried where I don't feel I've sacrificed sound quality.

After struggling with Apple AirPods constantly falling out, I switched to Bose earbuds and haven't looked back. The secure fit and comfort are a game-changer for me. One of my favorite features is the seamless device switching between my phone and computer – super convenient! While they don't have noise canceling, it's not a deal-breaker for my needs. An adjustable loop around the ear would be a nice improvement, but overall, I'm extremely happy with them. On the downside they're a bit pricey, but I'd definitely be looking out for a sale!

Great sound quality, just not as sturdy as i expected for the money.

The microphone is horrible - if i attempt to have a conversation with someone, i can count on the person saying, i sound distant or i sound like im in a tunnel. But regarding playing music or media, i love everything about that experience. They are lightweight and easily usable for hours, unlike any other earbud or headphones ive ever used. The sound quality is not the best, but not a deal breaker. For casual listening, perfect.

It depends on the shape of your ear how they fit. The volume for me is not loud enough. When I attempt to adjust the earbuds, they go back how they were and my volume goes back down. They might work better for others, but not as well for me.

I got these because standard in ear headphones do not fit in my ears (keep falling out). I looked at these and thought I finally found some headphones that were actually made for me. The first day with little use, I thought they were great. Very good sound. Once I wore them to work and started just doing little stuff like moving around from point A to point B and minor shuffling around, I found that the top part that rests on the ear just sort of pops out and kind of hangs there. I kept pushing them back in, but there really isn't anything holding them in so eventually I spent a lot of time pushing them back in my ear all day long. Love the idea of it, but not for me. Plus I wasn't confident that the rubber part that "bends" to the ear would stay that way for very long. Anyway, I returned mine after a week of use. Sound was good, fit was for me. NOTE: I spent a lot of time researching the different ways to fit them on my ear, and no matter where they went the top part would loosen up and pop-out past my ear eventually.

Good quality, good sound quality, but it won't serve you in outdoor environments with noise. Battery lasts very well.

Perfect fit for all Sports. Great sound quality as Bose is known for. My problem is when riding bike volume struggle to keep up with the wind noise plus when answering a call I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me.

I used to religiously buy AirPods, and they used to religiously fail me, to the point I was done with them… concept of open earbuds was new to me, and I wasn’t sure I would like them, but it turned out, I truly LOVE them! Not to mention Bose incredible sound system!!! Highly recommend them!
