Good sound, a little uncomfortable

It sounds like you are just listening to speakers, but no one else can hear them! I will say that these aren't the most comfortable to wear as they do pinch my ears a bit.

This can sometimes happen due to the right earbud acting as the primary connection point, which may cause it to use more power. To help resolve this, we recommend checking for firmware updates, resetting the earbuds, and ensuring both are fully charged before use. You can also try reconnecting them to your device by removing and re-pairing them via Bluetooth.

I am a big fan of the Bose name but in spite of the sound quality she claimed they were too heavy on her ears and uncomfortable.

I love that I can listen to what I want but I’m still able to hear things around me. These are also very comfortable on the ears. If your looking for noise cancellation these won’t due for you.

Unfortunately, using the app isn't an improvement on sound quality. Two stars because at this price point you'd expect an overall decent experience BUT the phone call quality is waaay below acceptable. JLABs at least inclue 2 Mic ENC on their epic open sports for less than half the price. I WOULD NOT recommend these to anyone expecting to make phone calls with them. Which these days, I'm sure almost anyone is expecting to take or make calls. Bose price point remains high but dont improve quality.
