Its very low, very hard to hear anything. And when on a call, nobody can hear you! I love Bose products, bit this one is a big miss!!

The item itself was light weight and stayed on while moving around but after a while of wearing it my ears would hurt. The item put alot of pressure in one spot hurting me . The audio wasnt too bad but using it for calls was a no go. There was constant complaints that the other person on the call couldnt hear me. I ended up returning it. For the price it wasnt worth it . I expected better.

I could stand the fact that they don’t have noise cancellation because of the design. I got these solely because I loved how they looked. What I can’t abide is how they constantly unpair from my devices and how trash they are for phone calls (no one can hear me properly on this). Even with the discounts they have on these frequently, it’s still a questionable investment.

Conversations software need work.

Also didn’t last 10 hours even though it said 18. They would also just disconnect from my phone out of nowhere at random times. Don’t waste your money.

Not worth the price tag

Too Many Issues

I couldn’t even get through 30 minutes without them messing up like that. I had to return them. Definitely not worth the frustration. It’s a known issue…which I didn’t know before I purchased.

Bose Ultra Open Earbuds does have OpenAudio technology it is designed to deliver rich, deep audio directly into the ear canal while using proprietary methods to minimize sound spillage in other directions. In most environments and at typical listening levels, people around you won’t hear anything.
However, if the volume is turned up to the maximum in a very quiet setting, others may notice that something is playing, but they won’t be able to hear any detail unless they are very close.
