Adjust each earbud so that it sits on your ear at about a 45° angle. Place the rounded end of the L-shaped part in your ear, then wrap the barrel around your ear so the barrel rests behind your ear.     I bought these as a last minute gift, so glad I did. The person I bought these for had issues with other earbuds making his ears sore and would constantly fall out. These have been a game changer. The are easy for him to put on, he can't get over how comfortable and how clear these are. He loves his so much, he bought our son a pair.

    I have tiny ears. I have tried the over ear earbuds and the pop off my ear. I have tried the in ear earbuds and they fall out. I am talking multiple brands of each type, nothing work. These stay, they don’t move and they don’t hurt!! I love them! Best earbuds I have ever found!!
