They suddenly started dropping the connection for a couple days. However an update that was pushed down fixed the issue. Hopefully there are not more issues to come.

I work in a semi noisy environment however, which make these earbuds useless. The volume on phone calls is extremely low, I tried every setting on both my phone and the Bose app and nothing could make them loud enough to have a conversation. For $300 I expect to be able to use them for more than just listening to music.

As for phone calls, however, make sure the earbuds are being worn correctly and that the mic holes are not blocked. Good sound if they stay conected

Very good for wearing at the gym

The sound quality is not as good as the other Bose products, but that is because these are open-ear, so I can accept that. I have gotten a few terrible ear infections over the last few years that I attribute to ear-in earbuds, so I wanted to try something new. I would recommend these if you have the same concerns as I.

I can enjoy the nice clear sound that Bose offers while still being aware of things happening around me. I bought them for me but my son wears them all of the time because he likes them better than Apple earbuds.
