My only complaint is when making phone calls it's muffled and not very high in volume. But music sounds amazing in these. I only wish that I could buy a case protective case for it in town nobody has any. But I would recommend these and they're so comfortable to wear.

Of course, there is no sound isolation, but the tradeoff is worth it for the comfort. I also like the way they clip onto your ears; I find conventional earbuds uncomfortable after a brief time, and they tend to fall out. The noise cancelling helps.

Not as awesome as I thought

But when I talk to somebody they say that there is a echo and they can't really hear me. So that is a sucky thing and makes me very sad.

The sound quality is great (Bose sound is great). I was unsure about the open ear concept after using AirPods for years. The fit is comfortable for long hours of wear. However, I found it a little frustrating trying to get the earbuds to announce the calls. I would recommend buying the open earbuds.

Been using them at work for conference calls, webex meetings etc and haven't had any issues with others not hearing me or having problems hearing them.

Because of these issues, I returned them.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds have two microphones in each earbud, and properly wearing them can greatly improve call‑quality performance. Blocked microphones can lead to muffled or poor audio for the person on the other end of the call, so we always recommend making sure the microphones aren’t covered by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

(Lost the first pair.) I usually wear them while walking and jogging, so the open ear immersive setting keeps me aware of my surroundings. Most other in-ear headphones don't fit my ear securely, if they stay in at all. These do! Add to it the dependable sound of Bose items and I have a winner. Love them!

The AirPods sounded good but they were too big for my ears and didn’t stay in very well. These Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are really great. They are super comfortable and have great sound quality. I can legitimately wear them all day. With them being an open ear design the sound quality does suffer a little bit if you push the volume to the max.
