Great Sound, but Falls Short of High Expectations I recently had the opportunity to try out the open Bose headphones, and while the sound quality is undeniably impressive, I found myself somewhat underwhelmed given the high expectations I had for this renowned brand. I ultimately gave them a three star rating, as I felt they didn't quite meet the lofty standards I had set for them. Of course, this assessment is purely subjective and based on my personal opinion. One of the standout features of these headphones is their sound quality. The audio is crisp, clear, and immersive, allowing me to enjoy my favorite music with a level of detail that truly enhances the listening experience. The open design also provides a more natural soundstage, which I appreciated during my music sessions. However, where these headphones fell short for me was in their overall performance compared to the hype surrounding the Bose brand. I had expected a more exceptional build quality and a more robust set of features considering the premium price point. I found the design to be somewhat lacking in terms of comfort, with the ear feeling a bit too snug during extended wear. Furthermore, I encountered some issues with stability, which was surprising given Bose's reputation for producing reliable audio devices. The battery life also didn't quite live up to my expectations, requiring more frequent charging than I would have liked. In conclusion, while the open Bose headphones deliver impressive sound quality, they ultimately left me wanting more in terms of comfort, features, and reliability. It's important to note that my review is based on my personal expectations and experiences, so others may have a different opinion. Overall, I gave them a three star rating, reflecting my mixed feelings about their performance relative to the brand's reputation.

Super comfy! No ear pain! I'm in love with these open ear buds! Not only are they comfy and sound great, but I enjoy them.

Quality sound for your workout and on the go. Lightweight to your ears and would not move.

A great balance between good sound and comfort. I like the unique clip on style. Once on you barely notice they are there. Because of the open styling, I can listen to music while still hearing everyone around me. You won’t get the absolute best quality sound from these but they strike the right balance between sound, comfort, convenience and unique styling.

Fabulous sound. Bought these for use while walking outdoors. Great sound no matter how windy and I still can hear what’s going on around me. I will occasionally get confused when using these at home when I’ve been listening a long time. I will think I need to turn off the stereo system then realize it’s off already then realize I have the ear buds on. That’s how good the sound is. I would absolutely buy these again Now for the downside. I’ve had these a couple of weeks now. The software doesn’t auto switch an incoming phone call to the earbuds if you answer using the phone answer button. You have to manually move it. The incoming quality is great. But I am getting complaints from the other side that my voice sounds tinny or words get dropped. If your primary use case is talking on the phone I would not recommend these. Finally on three different occasions I’ve put them on fully charged and let them run until they die. No more than 5 hours each time. If you want them for a longer event such as plane ride or marathon they may run out. I’ve considered buying a second pair so I can swap them when the battery dies because they are that good. I’d rather spend another $300 and have two pair to cover longer listening times than switch to a different brand.

So light you don’t remember they’re on if they aren’t playing music. I can sleep with them on for the most part even though that’s not what they’re for. I will say they aren’t loud… I mean they are loud enough to do the job but since they aren’t noise cancelling you are going to hear outside noise. The sound is good and the battery light is pretty great. If I’m listening and fall asleep at night, they stop working around the 7ish hour mark I would guess using one with the other in the case on a full charge.

Firstly, in my opinion, you get what you pay for. Comparitive to my other set of open ear buds, these blow them out of the water. Im fairly happy to have spent twice what I did on the others, especially when these Bose open earbuds actually have bass and a great app to adjust settings! I worried about carrying the case around in my jeans especially at work and I never actually had them bother me. Honestly, most of the time they are set at the minimum volume for me. To me that is just how well they sound!

Solid sound quality and stays in your ear. Very versatile with a great battery life.

This is an amazing earbuds very comfortable to wear and easy to connect. It also fits on my 5yrs old son's ear and it doesn't even fall like other products. Highly recommended for any age.

I am a "loyal" Bose fan. But I must say when I first purchased the Ultra Open-Earbuds I was a little skeptical especially when I was having trouble placing them behind my ears. But after I got the hang of it (they are very light weight) I was a believer. As always with Bose the sound is great. These buds are so light I have to keep placing my hand to my ears to make sure they are still there. I wish they came in other colors.

Love that they fit my tiny ears. Have tried the Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds 2, and the newest JBL JLab buds, and none of them would stay in since they were too big. These fit everyone since they hook around the outside of the ear. You just slide them up or down to get the best fit.

Was definitely excited to get my hands on these headphones. Great for work if you are a person that must communicate a lot throughout your day. Only downside I have seen is wearing these in extremely loud environments (gym). Since the earbud does not sit inside your ear and there is no noise cancellation function the earbuds are hard to hear even when turned to full volume.If you are a person that is not worried about noise cancellation these earbuds are for you. I had Apple AirPods Pros (2nd gen) before I purchased these headphones and I do prefer the Bose Ultra Opens especially with the equalizer function to tune your bass, mid, and treble. I know these headphones are brand new but the battery life is amazing.

My ears never got used to the feel. They look cool. Sound good. But not overly confident on them staying in place.

Comfortable and good sound quality. You can also have a conversation with another person or hear the environment around you.

Best earbuds ever! I was very skeptical about the quality of the sound because this are open earbuds, but they sound great!

Got a pair for the GF for work she loves them she only uses one bud at a time and will last her about 8 hours and then will switch to the other bud. Sound and Bass is great!!!

Nice quality sound and comfort to ears well worth the price

I must confess I have a problem. I recently upgraded my previous model of Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds, to the newest edition. I was thinking about how much I love them, but I want to be able to hear the outside world. I immediately added these to my cart. I I love them. I was afraid that they might not be secure on my ears. They fit securely, I usually forget I have them on.

They don’t hurt my ears. I can still hear what’s going on around me. What’s not to like? Good sound, quality product.
