Other than that these are great.

Very pleased with the performance but like others wrote volume could be better. Both stereo and immersive.

I am a Bose fan. I have just about everything they the put out. The earbuds are so light that you really don't feel them in your ear. If it wasn't for the (sound great) music still playing I honestly would not have believe they were in my ear.

First open ear type buds i've gotten and I love them. I still need noise cancelling buds for things like mowing, but these are great for exercise/daily headphones.

I use them for work as i like to listen to music yet have to still be able to listen to my surroundings. They are also super comfortable with no ear fatigue as many earbuds tend to give you. Last but not least if you are looking for complete noise canceling earbuds these are not it! But if u need to be alert from ur surroundings while listening to music, DO NOT hesitate and buy these!

Good for certain applications but not good in all scenarios.

I recently upgraded my previous model of Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds, to the newest edition. I was thinking about how much I love them, but I want to be able to hear the outside world. I immediately added these to my cart. I I love them. I was afraid that they might not be secure on my ears. They fit securely, I usually forget I have them on.

Phone calls arent as good when youre talking in the mic when its windy. In a quiet setting its clear from what ive heard from others when talking on the phone. I love how easy to clean these are too!
