Earbuds are very comfortable. They do not insert deep into the ear canal which I feel adds comfort but does not give you the full effect of the rich sound Bose can deliver.

These open ear buds are just what I needed. My main issue I have had with lesser brands were the connectivity with my phone. They were horrible. These are great and once you find the best location in your ear, the sound is actually pretty loud considering they are open ear.

I really love the idea of these headphones. But I am getting hung up on the fit of them in my ear, I have very malleable ears and I can’t get them to hook well. The sound quality is nice. And the ability to hear surrounding noises is great.

I'll keep it simple. For non-active situations these are some of the best earbuds you can get. They sound stunning. But if you do any movement walking level or above, they constantly disconnect. It's actually comical how much they disconnect.

I am by no means a “tech person.” Extremely easy to set up. Color is beautiful! I decided to branch out from AirPods for something more comfortable, and this was the right call. Very satisfied.

I have some issues with common earphones . But these ones are so comfortable, my ears are small so I thought they were going fall when I was jogging or workout, but they didn't!. They sound good without hurting my ears, they dont feel heavy. I really like them

Was definitely excited to get my hands on these headphones. Great for work if you are a person that must communicate a lot throughout your day. Only downside I have seen is wearing these in extremely loud environments (gym). Since the earbud does not sit inside your ear and there is no noise cancellation function the earbuds are hard to hear even when turned to full volume.If you are a person that is not worried about noise cancellation these earbuds are for you. I had Apple AirPods Pros (2nd gen) before I purchased these headphones and I do prefer the Bose Ultra Opens especially with the equalizer function to tune your bass, mid, and treble. I know these headphones are brand new but the battery life is amazing.

I wish they had noise cancellation thats why i only gave it a five star rating ive had them for a month now work great overall. Its nice i can hit the gym anand lift heavy weights and they dont fall out or feel like they are gonna fall out like other headphones i like i you can change the settings for like one of the settings i like is it changes the volume automatically to your surroundings so like when your walking music gets louder when theirs lots of cars then goes back to normal when its quite.

[Employee of bestbuy] Really nice pair of earbuds. I think if we were judging it on quality of audio alone (Based on the Open Ear market) They would probably be one of the best... but that's it. My two biggest CONS: Comfort/Fit and Pairing Comfort wise they're not terrible... for the first few minutes. After prolonged use I have a numbing/irritable sensation around the area where I'm wearing them. I do find the area in my ear where they clipped to be numb even after I'm no longer using them, but not for long. Also the idea wasn't bad, like the audio quality they have is great but the method of attachment is questionable. I'm always readjusting so that I can get a better audio experience. And no, they wont fall off at least not for me. Pairing annoys me. Its been often that I've reached for one ear piece and then maybe a few minutes later I reach for the second to wear both and boom! audio out of one nothing out of the other. **A workaround? figured out that i have to open the case up after I put the second bud on so they can both sync up. A weird issue I've had is audio cutting off. Happens RARELY and for a split second so I haven't bothered with it. A very negligible issue for now. SO after all this do I still use them? YES. I just love the audio quality compared to my openrun pro's to much to leave them. I do find myself alternating between the two tho. If one dies cause I forgot to charge them I just grab the second pair.

Love them. They are comfy and fit just right! Doesn’t slip out at all.

I have AirPods but needed something that would still allow me to hear what was going on around me. These allow you to hear your surroundings yet deliver the most amazing sound!!! Bose has done it again! They wrap around the ear easily and you can barely feel them.

I fell asleep with these on and woke up without discomfort. I've tried a host of other simiilar products including shokz, sony, jvc, etc and this is the first I can wear for 7+ hours with no fatigue or pain. This is the one. I'll be picking up another pair.

You don’t even realize you are wearing this. I have been using it for while charting at work, and the best balance in listening to music and still hearing the call lights at work. Sounds amazing too.

Love this product it stays in place while working out something i could never get ear buds to do

These earbuds have been amazing. The sound quality is great! They never feel like they're going to fall off my ears, and I have tested them by shaking my head with force. I have had these for over a month now and haven't had to charge them once. Though, that could be because I mostly use them during my workouts and not all day long. Still great battery life!
