I was really surprised by these headphones. I'm a heavy music listener and over the years have had issues with earbuds irritating me. I recommend turning off the immersion feature, in my opinion, it alters the audio. Battery life is pretty good too!

Love how the fit on your ear rather then in your ear. Very good sound quality

These buds won’t work for everybody. So with that being said I absolutely love them because I hate to keep pushing buds into my ear canal. And I work in a warehouse so I need to hear everything around me. The sound quality is excellent as with any Bose. I don’t talk to anyone so I don’t care about a microphone but everyone hears me clearly when I do talk. I got these for comfort. So if you love regular earbuds these probably won’t be for you.

I liked the way they fit my ears, I could barely notice they were there after a while. The sound quality wasn't too bad for open earbuds. My main problem with them and the reason I returned them was the microphone quality during calls was terrible. I hope it is something they can fix in a firmware update, but none of the updates fixed it during the time I had them.

I think they are great sound is amazing , taking calls is great an extremely clear on both ends worth the money very happy with them .

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She has been waiting to buy these, Waiting patiently for a sale, I was happy to see and sale and surprise her, she absolutely loves them, uses them everywhere! The sound is as if your in your own amphitheater. It’s crazy! I want some for myself. lol! Maybe next sale! But I do see why these are $$$.

They don’t hurt my ears. I can still hear what’s going on around me. What’s not to like? Good sound, quality product.

Gift for my boyfriend for Christmas he loves them! The sound is still perfect and I feel great about him wearing them walking in the city with all the traffic.

I bought these and the Shokz Ear clip. The sound is not there. Im not sure if they were defective but the the Clips from Shokz were louder and better in sound. And when talking on the phone my wife could hear me much better with Shokz. I liked the look of the Bose more and they were a little more comfortable but they were more expensive and not as a great as the Shokz so I returned the Bose.

Bought these as a gift for my girlfriend and she loves them, she even bought some stickers to design them and they look great, the sound is good and very practical while shes at work

Love the concept of being able to listen to music but also hear your environment. The battery life is great but lessens when using immersive audio. I tried the immersive audio but didn't really impress me. The sound is decent but will wash out if your environment is loud.

When they fit properly they sound great! Unfortunately i don't have the right ear size for these and had to be adjusting constantly

The fit is weird and gets getting used to it. But eventually it's nice.

Bought this for the husband since any pods he tried didn’t stay in the ear well. He loves them works well and stays where intended.

Comfort is great. Audio as far as muxic is absolutely amazing! Hands down one of the best. Audio sounds on calls is terrible.

This was a gift for my wife’s Birthday all i can say is she loved them when she opened them and now i cant get them out her ears. Also it was a good price.
