However, after wearing them out in public, being able to here my surroundings, the outside noise overtook the sound coming from the headphones.

The left ear bud has trouble connecting on my IPhone. The earbuds do not automatically connect when you have them on and take a phone call, you have to manually go into the call and choose them. The case is not wireless charging.

I chose these as my first choice of open ear buds because it’s Bose and figured the pride was because of the quality . Was kind of bulky and heavy for an open ear clip . But the worst part was phone calls , everyone said they can’t hear me or that my words were being cut off . Next the music was hard to hear because of the shape of the ear buds it did not sit deep enough so I would have to crank up the volume or push on the outer of my ear to create a better seal then it sounds great . I thought the problem was my ear shape but it’s not because I purchased a different brand and it’s awesome for for phone calls and music is audible without having to turn the volume all the way up . I’m happy with my new purchase .

I had hope since other bose products purchased have worked well. Though these were so light I sometimes forgot they were on my ear, it did not make up for the poor sound quality.
