First the right ear shows 10-30% less than the left ear even though they both show 100% when I begin to listen. No one can hear me when they call. Also the sound is great if I hold the earbuds to my ear but move away when I release them. Then I can't hear the music well at all. Taking these back. Very disappointed.

I exchanged the first set and the 2nd pair is the same way.

Calls are so quiet and sound quality just isnt there for me. If you like this form factor i do recommend it. However, for my personal uses i was not impressed.

If you can get it on sale absolutely do it or if you have points. 300$ product shows why it's worth it but a 200$ price tag and this product would be flying off the shelf.

If you work where you are allowed headphones and still need to be able to communicate these are the best pick. Transparency modes don’t really work with me and it almost amplifies the sound around you. These allow you to listen to your music and still converse so easily. Not the best call quality but that is not why I bought them. If I’m not wearing silencing headphones, these are in my ear! Also bought the lilac case for it and I recommend that as well! :)
