    Initially they sounded great. The second time i used them they would go in an out of phase making it sound like i was in a tunnel. I’lm stick with my quiet comfort ultra headphones instead.

    I need someone to check the setting because the left one works sometimes and the right one does not work at all. I have been Store twice short Staff ...... help is not available. I will try the Store one more time.

    I return these ear buds the very next day, could i couldn't hear people clearly and people kept asking me to repeat myself and for a 200 dollar pair of ear buds i couldn't use them

Proper wearing of the earbuds is very important, please ensure that the microphone openings on the inner edges of the earbuds are not blocked. Blocked microphones can result in poor sound quality for the person on the other end of the call.

    The sound quality wasnt impressive. People could hear what i was listening to.. The mic was actually awful! Could not hear me on calls what so ever. For the cost of these I was not going to let these key factors not be mind blowing. Cute concept but needs improvements. Returned.

    Cool design, not remotely practical. It do not work for me at all. I went to the car, tried them, went back and returned them. They look sleek but i don’t know who they would even work for.

      Hello,

      By design, the Open Earbuds don’t block out the world or have noise cancelling, however, they do have an automatic volume control feature, accessible in the Bose app, that helps you hear your music evenly as your environment changes from quiet to loud and back. But in very noisy environments where noise cancelling is helpful, traditional earbuds such as the QuietComfort Earbuds could be a better choice.

    They are nice that they don’t have to stick them in your ear, however, they are difficult to get into the correct position to hear they way I am used to listening to my headphones.

    Good yet the price point is way too high for the Level of quality. The sound during a phone call is absolutely horrendous. The fitment I’ve grown accustomed to but still is less than functional during vigorous exercise. Battery life and change time is great.

    Without a doubt not worth the money. The sound quality and loudness were aweful. Conversations over the phone using these ear buds were terrible anyone I talked to could barely hear me and I couldn’t hear them.
