Don't forget that these earbuds come with an Equalizer built into the app. This allows you to fine-tune your sound, in order to achieve the bass, mid and treble output that you're looking for. To use the Equalizer, go to the Bose app, select your earbuds, then tap the "EQ" button in the lower-left corner. Or, within the "Sound" section of the Settings menu, select "Equalizer". It does stay in your ear securely. Whenever I'm riding or walking, the only downfall. Is the call quality when making and receiving a call? It's an issue. People cannot hear me and if they do, it sounds gargled.
