But the quality to make phone calls is very bad. There is no noise cancelation and the person sounds like they're talking through a Tin can.

Their design is different from any other Bose earbuds, so we understand if you are not used to such product. They will not block out noises like any other earbuds would as they don't sit in your ears and don't have noise cancellation, however the Bose OpenAudio as well as the Immersive modes and how they will fit comfortably in your ears, are great technologies that offer low leakage, spatial audio so you can wear these buds all day to enjoy your music, and still be aware of what's happening around you.
