This is done by putting both buds in the case, then pressing and holding the button on the back for 20 seconds with the case still open. Rebooting your mobile device may also help in strengthening the Bluetooth connection. Amazing Earbuds

If you work where you are allowed headphones and still need to be able to communicate these are the best pick. Transparency modes don’t really work with me and it almost amplifies the sound around you. These allow you to listen to your music and still converse so easily. Not the best call quality but that is not why I bought them. If I’m not wearing silencing headphones, these are in my ear! Also bought the lilac case for it and I recommend that as well! :)

The left ear bud has trouble connecting on my IPhone. The earbuds do not automatically connect when you have them on and take a phone call, you have to manually go into the call and choose them. The case is not wireless charging.
