Sore ears Had to return

They squeezed the cartilage of the ear which drove me crazy and after a few minutes made my ear sore. I kept wearing them and rotated one ear at a time for my meetings all day thinking I may have just needed to break them in, but both ears were just so sore. I liked that they stayed outside of the ear and the sound was amazing but I had to return because they were not comfortable for me. I tried them in different places by sliding them up and down the ear but that didn’t help.

I threw my box out because i liked the look but people cant hear me and if they have the same headphone i cant hear them either. I have troubleshoot and my volume is high. They are beautiful and comfortable but that doesnt matter when you cant have a conversation
