    I have the bose quiet comfort ultra buds that go in your ear, personally, the main focus I'm looking for when i purchase any earbuds is how well the noise cancelation quality is. Not only does it not have noise cancelation, these feel like they're gonna fall off your ear when you're walking. I bought these, walked out to my car, popped them in to check them out and not even 5 minutes later, walked back in to return them. I wish i could give a half star

Their wrap-around grip is feather-light, but it is also designed to be secure, ensuring that your Ultra Open Earbuds won't fall off. If you're looking for a pair of earbuds with noise cancelling and a design that fits directly in the ear, I would recommend trying the new QuietComfort Earbuds.     No “find my bud” option

    Can’t believe that I spent $300 for these today and they no longer have the “find my bud” option. The old ones had the option to find a lost ear bud….very disappointed.

However, thanks to their wrap-around design, the Ultra Open Earbuds are designed to stay put, so you won't have to worry about losing one. You may even forget that you're wearing them after a while.     Horrible! Probably the worst

    The clip design on these earbuds is horrendous. Couldn’t get the inner piece to sit comfortably in my ears. Struggled to get the correct fit for two days and because of the horrible fit, the sound and volume quality was also horrible. Needless to say, I returned them and will unlikely purchase any more ear buds from Bose.

    Not good for making calls. The microphone sound quality needs improvement. I returned the item, very disappointed in product.

    Listening to music is great but when your a call it disconnects and the person can't hear you well either you sound muffled or low when the volume is hight waiting to return this item

    Very poorly made . Horrible on calls . The other person cant hear you always tell me i sound like im under water . They are not worth $300

    Very poor sound Absolutely no bass. They clip onto your ear lobe area and don't fit that great. Returning mine ASAP. Bluetooth drops out when there's movement.

It’s always a good idea to calibrate the earbuds via the Immersive Audio section of the Bose Music app. You can also experiment with the Immersive Audio modes, and adjust the EQ settings in the app, to find a sound and bass response that’s right for you.

      Hello,
      In stereo mode, the earbud batteries will provide up to 7.5 hours of play time or 48 hours of standby time (no audio playing). For all-day wear that involves a mix of audio listening and standby, the battery life will vary depending on the proportion of each. For example, 5 hours of audio would leave 10 hours of standby life remaining. And if the battery does run out, a quick 10-minute charge in the case will add up to 2 hours of play time.
