The clamping on the ear are not strong at all

I almost lost them about 100 times to expensive to loose them becuase the quality of grip on them is no good. The sound is amazing , but becuas they are far from your ear the sound is super low. I put them into my ear canal the sound is amazing. I rather keep my Shocks they sound clear and louder than the boose. I 2as not happy becuase the sound is to far from you ear. I went to a store to teach me about the app to make them louder, but they still didn't sound as loud and clearl as my shocks.

They clip on ok but the sound seems to be muffled with how they fall in my ear. One of the buds doesn't seem to connect 100% of the time and I have to put it back in case and then try again. I have them linked to phone and computer, if computer is on and I want to use them with phone they won't connect. Haven't figured out how to correct this other than have computer off.

Posted .Sorry to hear you're not completely happy with your Ultra Open Earbuds, though they do seem to fit you well. If your earbuds are sounding muffled, follow the guide here to make sure you're wearing them optimally: https://support.bose.com/s/article/ult-headphoneopn-wearing-and-adjusting-your-earbuds---ka08c000001brkkaai?language=en_US. As for the connection issues you mentioned, it is best to wait until the right earbud's battery level has been announced before you put the left earbud in. Lastly, you can store up to 6 devices in the earbuds' device list, however you can only connect and play audio from one device at a time. I hope this information is useful!
