Can't last a 6 hour flight. Connecting to phone is tricky everytime. Need to remove it so many times, put it back to the case, then put it back to my ear again. Anyway, this is just the first version - can't wait for them to make this one better.

Bluetooth dropouts, it could be due to interference, low battery, distance, or outdated software. Try staying within 10m, keeping devices charged, and updating firmware. Some devices may also have compatibility issues.

I needed a new set to replace an older wired set and did research into these as they do not go into the ear. I am able to hear anyone who is talking to me while using these for music and radio. Great for yard work entertainment - they really stay on your ears. I have a Bose Soundbar for my TV that has worked well so I was inclined to purchase another one of their products. These fit the bill.

Everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone has said they can hear me clearly. They don’t feel uncomfortable even when I’m wearing them all day for an 8+ hour shift. Battery life on the ear buds lasts the whole shift. The charging case itself, I’ve gone two days without charging it and it still charges my headphones. So far so good! Also if you buy it don’t forget to register the product on Bose’s website for the warranty/upgrades in the future.

I haven't figured out how to fix the sound for phone calls, people can't hear me. Once I figure that out these will be the best!

My main issue I have had with lesser brands were the connectivity with my phone. They were horrible. These are great and once you find the best location in your ear, the sound is actually pretty loud considering they are open ear.

Love these! Ordering a 2nd pair for my husband. Love using these while out running. I can hear any cars approaching - so great for safety! And they fit snug. Highly recommend

He seems to love them and I got to try them out. I love how clear the sound is and the bass is nice. I'm partial to noise-canceling earbuds, so I cannot give full remarks. The quality of the protect is top-notch, but I still prefer my airpods.

Only gripe is talking may be hit or miss with certain folks . I’m normally not heard clearly when using these on the phone. Recommend for music, office setting or. Nice walk

Ear buds will connect and disconnect at random. Volume isn't great. They are very comfortable and can be worn all day. I would forget they were there. Button function is nice.

Posted .Hi David, thanks for your feedback regarding the Ultra Open Earbuds. Great to hear you were impressed by the level of comfort offered, and the button function. For poor voice pickup, this is generally attributed to the way they are placed on the ears. There are tiny holes on the buds which work best when directed towards your mouth and if they're too high, it'll direct external sound into the mics. I recommend readjusting the placement and try another call to see if that helps.

My ear gets tired from having earbuds and these are perfect to wear all day without impacting your hearing. When not playing anything, you can still hear everything around you great. I think the sound is great for not being inside your ears. Highly recommend.
