Very pleased with the performance but like others wrote volume could be better. Both stereo and immersive.

She thinks they are amazing used them everyday for at work for 8 to 12 hour a day. Sound great work amazing on phone calls and dont feel like she even wearing them.

The microphone works amazing. They block out all the back noise when I am talking on the phone. They are not noise cancelling, just in case you were wondering (because of the way they are made). The only downside, the battery has a shorter life span than my other bose earbuds. I can wear these all day and they dont hurt my ear at all.

Connect to Bose soubdbar ultra and it creates a personal surround mode. The sound on personal surround sound mode is great and immersive. If you want noise canceling these are not for you. If you want great sound and comfort these are the ones.

Typical bose, it sounds clear, and loud enough for my workout. It felt comfortable. I can now pull my hoodie up and down without dropping them. The immersive aspect is quite cool. And don't expect too much on the bass with this design. I don't know how long I can get with the battery yet.

In a quiet environment they sound amazing and are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever used. Unfortunately when used around even a moderate amount of noise, the headphones get drowned out. At the gym, I had them at max volume and could barely hear them over the noises of the machines. They were unfortunately completely unusable in an outdoor environment as even the wind was making them hard to hear.

I am sorry you are disappointed with your Ultra Open Earbuds when you are using them in a busy environment. Due to their open factor, and because they don't have noise cancellation, you will be able to listen to your music but also your surrounding. So indeed if you are in a loud environment, you might want to use a pair of in-ear earbuds if you want to focus on your music.

Good for certain applications but not good in all scenarios.

They are super comfortable, have great sound quality, and are stable on my ears even while running. They don’t interfere with sunglasses. They are good enough to use on an airplane. However, they are expensive and the battery life is nowhere near that of others.

Comfort vs Sound

They do not insert deep into the ear canal which I feel adds comfort but does not give you the full effect of the rich sound Bose can deliver.

They look much nicer than most other open-ear alternatives and don't suggest "Don't talk to me" which is nice. My one main gripe is that the noise floor is much higher than an average TWS. It's very noticeable in quiet environments and generally makes these feel cheaper than the price tag indicates. Would strongly recommend waiting for a firmware update that fixes this before opting for them.

It's wonderful that you've been enjoying the audio quality of the earbuds. For the connection dropouts I'd recommend double checking that you're not connecting to the Bluetooth LE connection of the earbuds for every day use.
I understand you're hearing the noise-floor of the earbuds, it is odd that it would be audible even outside of quiet environments. It is not normally audible by everyone, and we would expect if it is heard to only be in a quiet environment with no music or audio playing.
