Sound is decent, I don't care for how loud I have to have the volume to get decent sound, which is also if rough as at that volume, everyone around you can hear what you're listening too. Just a little disappointing.

I am glad to hear that you love the sound quality of your Ultra Open earbuds. Due to their open design, if you turn the volume at maximum, you may experience sound leakage, but these earbuds featured a function that will adjust the sound depending on your environment.

They’re high quality while providing the wearer the ability to hear all their surrroundings without all the wind and extra distortion that other brands cannot seem to cut out. Would recommend for a runner or someone who needs high quality earbuds but also needs to be able to be aware of their surroundings.

The sound quality is phenomenal and I do not have a problem with holding a conversation using them on phone calls! There a bit pricey but with Bose and the sound quality I didn’t mind paying the price. I own several Bose products and Bose stands alone in the quality of sound and listening to music!
