And the mic for calls could use some work, everyone has trouble hearing me.

I love the concept of an ear cuff headphone but the actual speak part that goes into the shell of the ear is plastic, hard and uncomfortable. It should have been padded with some sort of silicone. I’m constantly adjusting them up and down the shell of my ear bc they start to hurt and need moved to a new position, but it’s usually no longer than 20 mins before they’re bothering my again. I’ve had the less than 2 months and the left one shorts in and out. I’m hoping I can return them. The cost is too high for them to not be more comfortable, I think a redesign is needed.

The other person will not hear you at all and I believe this is an issue with this earbuds anyway. But overall good for listening to music.

They clip on ok but the sound seems to be muffled with how they fall in my ear. One of the buds doesn't seem to connect 100% of the time and I have to put it back in case and then try again. I have them linked to phone and computer, if computer is on and I want to use them with phone they won't connect. Haven't figured out how to correct this other than have computer off.

As for the connection issues you mentioned, it is best to wait until the right earbud's battery level has been announced before you put the left earbud in. Lastly, you can store up to 6 devices in the earbuds' device list, however you can only connect and play audio from one device at a time. I hope this information is useful! I can walk around house and stay connected. If they disconnect, I have setup the bluetooth connection all over. Phone convesations are bad. Constantly, I can't hear you... you sound far... Would not recommend for the Price. Thought I was buying the best... apparently cost does not equate to quality.
