    Excellent sound light they look nice BUT they stop working still connected to the phone but no sound on call or music you need so very annoying that you answer a call and no response im a samsung user i dont think this should be an issue still Bluetooth l....

    May Not Fit Large Ears

    It will not fit in my ears. Perhaps the rim of my ears are a bit thicker than average - but not by much. I felt like the buds will not sit correctly in my ears no matter how many times I repositioned them. Unfortunately, these buds only come in one size. So if your ears are a bit larger than average, you may run into the same issue as me. Due to this, the quality of the sound didn't sound to great to me (But I think if they sat in my ear correctly, it probably would've sounded better). I really hope that Bose can make these buds in a larger size - because I was really looking forward to owning them. I decided to return mine.

    microphone quality is terrible. Most of the time it sounds like you are in a cave. Also, Bose has a 90 day return policy, Best Buy is 15 days (and bose will not honor 3rd party purchase.

      Hi StevenK, thank you for sharing your feedback. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds feature two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly improve call quality. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. Please ensure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.       Regarding returns, Bose offers a 90‑day return policy for purchases made directly through Bose. For items purchased through third‑party retailers such as Best Buy, their return policy applies, in this case, 15 days. Unfortunately, Bose is unable to override or extend third‑party policies, so we encourage you to work directly with the retailer where the purchase was made.

    Not my favorite Bose purchase. I had high hopes for these to use at work, but driving in my pickup on bumpy dirt roads proves to be too loud and I can't hear my calls well. Seems like music can get plenty loud so not sure where the issue lies with voice calls.

    Horrible sound quality when taking calls. Okay sound quality with music. Had to turn it up to full volume. Can’t use it with one by itself like AirPods.

    Music is good but phone conversations are horrible!!! Buds do not keep a charge as long as stated. I can have the left bud at 50% and the right at 10% about tondie. Both are charged/recharged and worn together. I have other Bose products and have been very happy with them with no issues. Very dissapointed and feel ripped off with these buds.

    These have been nothing but issues since I got them. they worked for the first run and then have been cutting in and out and disconnecting from each other for minutes at a time. Now I am getting a not contacting all the pins in the case error. Sometimes i take the ear bud out of the case for or five times for them to connect. They wont charge randomly. Waste of money.

      The problems you described, audio cutting in and out, the earbuds disconnecting from each other, and the “not contacting all pins in the case” message, suggest that the earbuds may not be making proper contact with the charging case or that the system isn’t functioning as intended. Here are a few steps that can help resolve this:

      -Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case using a dry, soft cloth or cotton swab. Even a small amount of dust or residue can interfere with charging.

      -Make sure the earbuds are seated correctly in the case, you should feel a magnetic pull and see the charging LEDs activate.

    Can’t think of anything wrong with them. I really like how after hours of using them you forgot that you’re Wearing them. Probably calls are not the best, but I can live with it.
