The earbuds are good for a quiet environment (home on the couch). The sound quality is great (Bose sound is great). I was unsure about the open ear concept after using AirPods for years. The fit is comfortable for long hours of wear. However, I found it a little frustrating trying to get the earbuds to announce the calls. I would recommend buying the open earbuds.

How great these earbuds are! I purchased these for my wife, who is allergic to the silicone featured inside of normal earbuds. These buds don’t have silicone that sits in your ear, and instead, the speaker fires downward into your ear canal. The result is very interesting, because you can hear the music just as clearly as regular earbuds, but your ear are still open. I became so jealous of hers, that I actually purchased another pair for myself, and I love them! I still find myself using regular earbuds too, like when on a plane, because you can hear the music coming off these if you turn them up really high. However, for doing things around the house, or going walking, bike riding, etc, they are wonderful, because I can keep my ears open to listen for my kid, or cars. In some ways, these are the best sounding earbuds I’ve ever had. The bass is remarkable, and is just as good as my regular Bose earbuds.

Amazong sound quality. Extremely comfortable on the ears. If you dont have a lot of ear piercings these are perfect. If you have a lot these might not be the best for you.

This is the second pair of these headphones that I've purchased. (Lost the first pair.) I usually wear them while walking and jogging, so the open ear immersive setting keeps me aware of my surroundings. Most other in-ear headphones don't fit my ear securely, if they stay in at all. These do! Add to it the dependable sound of Bose items and I have a winner. Love them!

They are very comfortable and I like the way they sit on my ear and everything plays good and I can hear whatever I'm listening to well. But when I talk to somebody they say that there is a echo and they can't really hear me. So that is a sucky thing and makes me very sad.

I’ve always been a loyal Apple product user, owning both versions of the AirPods and the AirPods Max. However, these Bose earbuds stand out for their exceptional comfort and secure fit. In my opinion, they offer great quality.

Love the open ear design. Very comfortable. I often forget I am wearing these. Been using them at work for conference calls, webex meetings etc and haven't had any issues with others not hearing me or having problems hearing them.

These are fantastic! Comfortable and love the ability to hear what is happening around you at the same time.

I am impressed with these ear buds. I play tennis with them and the immersion sound is fabulous. I can be on the court and still hear players around me or the pro if in a clinic. I have always been a huge apple fan. Have the apple AirPod pro’s and they are great for sound isolation but there is no comparison to the sound if listening to music. I love these in the gym. I can have the immersion sound on not have to listen to the chatter of other members but can hear and speak to anyone that talks directly to me. Best of both worlds. I can run with them on and they are very comfortable. I watch movies in the house on my iPad and can still hear what’s going on around me but have great sound at the same time. The only down side for me is I can not use them for phone calls on a walk outside. Cars going past me drown out the other person speaking to me. If Im walking and just listening to music no problem the cars do not bother me but it’s not possible to have a conversation near a busy road. I will use my apple AirPods for that. They are a little on the expensive side but that can be said of all Bose products. I think they are worth it!

Son loves them. He’s a runner and was complaining about ear fatigue with his old, in ear pods. These also sound good while allowing him to hear his surroundings

The sound quality and comfort is better than any other open earbud I have tried and it’s not even close. The main issue is the microphone and price. Quite frankly, the microphone is abysmal and by far its biggest performance weakness. The other major issue is it is way too expensive for a product like this when other open-ears are considerably cheaper. I ultimately returned it in favor of a more economical open-ear option.

They fit very well in the ears; however, call quality is poor when using them outdoors in windy conditions, and sometimes they don’t connect to the phone when taken out of the case. Because of these issues, I returned them.

This ear buds are amazing. I always struggle with headphones that go inside the ear. This ones are perfect they don’t hurt and the sound quality is amazing. It’s great for the office as well. Phone call quality is ok, as long as there is not noice near by the other person can hear you perfectly. Over all one of the best purchases I have ever made 10/10 recommended

They are good ifyou dont like the pain regular earbuds make you feel. Second not a fan of the mic quality for calls so mostly just for music and they never falm off

I really like these for when I’m working outside I can still hear what’s going on around me. I also have really small inner ears so other earbuds don’t work for me. The only thing I don’t like is after a while I do start to feel them and they too like other earbuds become uncomfortable. But a big plus is the sound quality and they don’t fall off my ears.
