    Sound The sound was amazing however when someone call they couldn’t hear you

      Happy to hear you like the sound quality of your Ultra Open Earbuds! If you're having trouble being heard on calls, one thing to check is that you're using the earbuds' latest firmware. The earbuds are updated wirelessly via the Bose app; the case is updated from a computer by going to btu.bose.com.     Scratching sound after few days of use

    Bought 2 pairs and both pairs ended up making a scratching noise after the first few days of use. Also didn’t last 10 hours even though it said 18. They would also just disconnect from my phone out of nowhere at random times. Don’t waste your money.

    Phone calls were not clear to those you speak with, also the clip hurt my ear. I returned the item.

    Couldn't always hear a caller in every situation and they couldn't hear me. They are very comfortable though.

    Great item for a mom who wants to listen to music or make calls but also hear my daughter in case anything! 4/5 because sometimes others have issues hearing me if I don’t have both on.
