Calls are so quiet and sound quality just isnt there for me. If you like this form factor i do recommend it. However, for my personal uses i was not impressed.

No worth the money

I’m an AirPod user and they were uncomfortable with my new piercing so I was look for something that didn’t go in my ear. These are super comfortable and I can here things really well, but it’s really hard for people to hear me on my calls, so I had to return them

Bose is usually known for deep bass, however these provide none. As far connectivity goes, these only work if you download the Bose app to set them up first (No EQ features within the app for the earbuds) For $300 these should’ve also been waterproof. Great design though!

Posted .Hello Obadiah, I am sorry to hear that the Ultra Open earbuds haven't met your expectations, The app is designed to make pairing the earbuds to your phone much easier on top of the features the app provides including the ability to control everything through the Bose Music app take personalization even further with Adjustable EQ to Control bass, mid-range, and treble levels as you go.
This can be found in the audio section.
As for their water resistance levels while not waterproof these boast a water resistance level of IPX4 so they can get splashed on, dripped on, sprayed on without worry.

useless earbids
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would giveno stars if possible these worked great for the first couple of months bit now no one can hear me on phone calls and considering this is most of what I need and use them for they are completely useless and a great waste of money now I will have to fork out more money for another pair of earbuds that actually work

Posted .Hi SamuelA, thank you for sharing your feedback. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are equipped with two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly improve call quality. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the person on the other end of the call. Please make sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.
