But I am getting hung up on the fit of them in my ear, I have very malleable ears and I can’t get them to hook well. The sound quality is nice. And the ability to hear surrounding noises is great.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i LOVE these earbuds, so much so, i own 4 pair! i keep 2 in my purse so when i get low battery on one and pop them into the case for recharging and i have a another set ready to go. i have them in 4 different colors, so i can match my earbuds to my outfit as well. Recharging is super quick and the battery life is excellent! just wish they had more colors!!!

Can't last a 6 hour flight. Connecting to phone is tricky everytime. Need to remove it so many times, put it back to the case, then put it back to my ear again. Anyway, this is just the first version - can't wait for them to make this one better.

He seems to love them and I got to try them out. I love how clear the sound is and the bass is nice. I'm partial to noise-canceling earbuds, so I cannot give full remarks. The quality of the protect is top-notch, but I still prefer my airpods.

I haven't figured out how to fix the sound for phone calls, people can't hear me. Once I figure that out these will be the best!

The only thing that is not great is when you take a call it is quiet and you can not hear well even at max volume.

Love these! Ordering a 2nd pair for my husband. Love using these while out running. I can hear any cars approaching - so great for safety! And they fit snug. Highly recommend

The microphone works amazing. They block out all the back noise when I am talking on the phone. They are not noise cancelling, just in case you were wondering (because of the way they are made). The only downside, the battery has a shorter life span than my other bose earbuds. I can wear these all day and they dont hurt my ear at all.

My ear gets tired from having earbuds and these are perfect to wear all day without impacting your hearing. When not playing anything, you can still hear everything around you great. I think the sound is great for not being inside your ears. Highly recommend.

The feel like you're not wearing anything and do not give the same ear fatigue that both in ear and over ear headphones tend to give.

Ear buds will connect and disconnect at random. Volume isn't great. They are very comfortable and can be worn all day. I would forget they were there. Button function is nice.

Posted .Hi David, thanks for your feedback regarding the Ultra Open Earbuds. Great to hear you were impressed by the level of comfort offered, and the button function. For poor voice pickup, this is generally attributed to the way they are placed on the ears. There are tiny holes on the buds which work best when directed towards your mouth and if they're too high, it'll direct external sound into the mics. I recommend readjusting the placement and try another call to see if that helps.
