Small canal can't stick the typical ear buds in my ear. Great sound, comfortable. Expensive but worth the cost.

One of the best ear phones good for all occasions. My girlfriend loved them uses them in the office or for her walks with her dog . Great quality would buy them again

I give the comfort because I hate the air pods but the first day I bought it, sound on the left side kinda come on and off. I brush it off thinking it will gonna get connect better later on. But no. Now only the right side stay connected and it passed the return date which only for 15 days. I don’t know what to do.

The earbuds work very well, the sound quality is good, and they don’t hurt my ears over time like many other earbuds. However, as they are open ear, they are impossible to hear in loud environments like on an airplane or in a cafeteria

The sound quality is the best I've heard. They are comfortable. My one gripe is that it doesn’t connect to 2 devices at one time. It is a pain to keep manually changing between my phone and computer. It is not even user friendly to change devices.

Sound quality is great, as expected from Bose. Charge time is alright, not super fast but not super slow either. I did return these due to them being uncomfortable on my ear. I have daith (inner ear) piercings that these would either press down against or press forward (even if I "flipped" the ring up). While it may have loosed with use, the pressure from front to back (how they stay in place) would make my ears ache within 30mins of wearing.

These are excellent Earbuds and have not lost them out of my ears. I had the other one but they kept falling out of my ears.

The music is fire with these open ear buds and you can hear ur surroundings when the musics 75% w quality of the music . Phone calls arent as good when youre talking in the mic when its windy. In a quiet setting its clear from what ive heard from others when talking on the phone. I love how easy to clean these are too!

More comfortable than in-ear headphones, lightweight and portable, easy to wear

I'll keep it simple. For non-active situations these are some of the best earbuds you can get. They sound stunning. But if you do any movement walking level or above, they constantly disconnect. It's actually comical how much they disconnect.

Based on some of the negative reviews posted about the product, I was a little hesitant about my purchase, but I am really glad I bought these earbuds. They have the same- if not better - BOSE sound quality that I am used to. They are awesome while I work out at the gym. Fit securely in my ears regardless if I am doing cardio or just weight lifting. I love the fact that I am still aware of my surroundings while listening to music. Perfect for me!

I'm so glad I found these earbuds! I usually have trouble finding ones that fit and don't fall out, but these are perfect and sound amazing! I totally recommend them.

It is different then over-ears or typical earbuds that fills the ear completely. While you are able to hear you surroundings, you still have the crisp sound. The more you listen to it the more you realize it grows on you because they are super light and you still have the Bose quality! The only downside would be the call quality. While you are receiving a perfect one, others hear your voice less than ideal..
