Not great for phone calls the other person can hear all the outer noise in detail instead of your voice

I dont know if my earlopes are too big on the part the headphones go, but they just didnt feel secure and the volume was very low. I could only hear my music if the volume was turned up about 80% full volume. Anything less than 50% and i couldnt hear it, unless i pushed the speaker part down into my ear. The sound quality for when i could hear it was great. For me it was just the fit that caused issues. I had to return.

I am a big fan of the Bose name but in spite of the sound quality she claimed they were too heavy on her ears and uncomfortable.

The volume for me is not loud enough. When I attempt to adjust the earbuds, they go back how they were and my volume goes back down. They might work better for others, but not as well for me.

These are the first wireless ear pods I've owned that never fall out, even when I'm running. They're definitely worth the hefty price tag. The sound quality is exactly what you'd expect from Bose—no complaints there.

Great sound quality even though it’s open ear and these buds stay secured even during work outs and are very comfortable. These are excellent when it’s important to hear ambient sound while listening to music and they are also very innovative in styling and get noticed a lot.

I put them in wrong the first time… but moving from the shokz open fit to these has been a big upgrade. This sound great, and are comfortable where I forget they are on. If sound wasn’t coming out I wouldn’t know they were there.

Blocked or partially covered microphones may cause poor sound quality for the person on the other end of the call. I have tried multiple kinds of earbuds and none will stay in my ears, always popping out. These set in nicely, are comfortable and sound wonderful. Battery life is enough for what I use them for. Very happy with.

But my only problem with them and this is happening here as of late. They disconnect and don’t play any audio. I’ve unpaired them repaired them deleted it from my device and repaired it to the hose app and I have been met with this issue over and over again.

Unfortunately, using the app isn't an improvement on sound quality. Two stars because at this price point you'd expect an overall decent experience BUT the phone call quality is waaay below acceptable. JLABs at least inclue 2 Mic ENC on their epic open sports for less than half the price. I WOULD NOT recommend these to anyone expecting to make phone calls with them. Which these days, I'm sure almost anyone is expecting to take or make calls. Bose price point remains high but dont improve quality.
