They don’t fall off!

I was skeptical at first, but they actually stay on! The only problems I have with them are that they did not work well on the airplane when there was a lot of ambient noise, and my ears start to hurt after a while from the pressure of wearing them sort of like wearing clip-on earrings. But if I only wear them for short periods of time I don’t have discomfort.

My only complaint is when I am at the gym, I can’t even hear what is coming through the earbuds. I know they are open buds but I didn’t realize just how much background noise I would hear.

They do not hurt my ears like the in the ear earbuds. I can wear them while working in the yard or excersing and they stay in place. I can hear sounds around me as well.

Purchased these for my wife who just started using them a few months ago and now the left side is not charging. I have inspected and cleaned the terminals but no luck, maybe a bad battery? Currently looking for the box in order to return them.

My problem is when riding bike volume struggle to keep up with the wind noise plus when answering a call I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me.

Due to the buds' open-ear design, an excessive amount of wind noise can indeed make it hard for you to hear your audio content. As for the more serious problem of not being able to take calls, make sure your earbuds are using their latest firmware; version 4.0.22 was released last year to improve the customer's experience on calls. Poor sound volume

Very unique and advanced looking. Everything is a plus except for the sound volume which most young people perfer when wearing earbuds. I know those are open earbuds and they actually did a great job on the design but Im leaning towards volume and sound quality over anythig else when wearing them. Its sad but I think im returning them.
