These ear buds have several issues that is just such a disappointment for the Bose name and pricey tag. I chose these as my first choice of open ear buds because it’s Bose and figured the pride was because of the quality . Was kind of bulky and heavy for an open ear clip . But the worst part was phone calls , everyone said they can’t hear me or that my words were being cut off . Next the music was hard to hear because of the shape of the ear buds it did not sit deep enough so I would have to crank up the volume or push on the outer of my ear to create a better seal then it sounds great . I thought the problem was my ear shape but it’s not because I purchased a different brand and it’s awesome for for phone calls and music is audible without having to turn the volume all the way up . I’m happy with my new purchase .

Best open earbuds on the market. Bestbuy was the only place that had the blue ones and at a cheaper price than many other stores.

A great option if you: Primarily listen to music Don't like things in you ears Other earbuds fall out. Might want a differnt option if: You want sound isolation Primarily listen to podcasts. I have found that with any significant external sounds it can be hard to hear everything that's happening, which makes podcasts hard to listen to, but since most people aren't listening to every lyric and every note in music (especially when not in a quiet environment) music is fine. I hate having things in my ears (I've had to many silicone tips from earbuds get stuck, plus my ear canals feel like they are building up a lot of wax when they are plugged and the pressure starts to hurt after a while) and other earbuds (like the Sony LinkBuds) fall out or (like the Shokz OpenFit) get caught on my glasses. These don't go in the ear, don't fall off (i only had them fall one while removing a shirt) and so l don't interfere with my glasses. To sum this up, they are awesome for constantly listening to background music if your choice.

These earbuds are by far the most comfortable and stylish pair we have owned. Makes for good daily wearing and still having the ability to hear around you when necessary (which is great when you have kids). Love the look and feel of these.

Bose manufactured a solid product. You would think ear fatigue would be a thing but these are comfortable. They are also good with Zoom calls,great addition to my work from home job.

best ones I've ever purchased and owned- however, they do look a bit like earrings which can be awkward for some guys.

I use this when I work. I love so far. If you wear this for hours, it can hurt the ears, but not that serious. I considered this and open dot Shokz. No regret for my choice.

My first Bose product & I love these! So lightweight, and I am able to hear what is going on around me while listening to Music.

I love these so much! I like that they don’t go directly in your ear, and that you can listen to your music and people talking to you at the same time. I think the sound quality is great as well. Personally, I feel that you can’t go wrong with Bose. They are worth the cost.

These headphones are for office workers. I have been accustomed to using the quietcomfort buds and using these made me realize that. They arent loud and they lack bass. If your environment is really loud, the buds are useless. If you turn up the volume, people can hear your audio. Needless to say, I don't work in an office so i returned them. Plus side, they are comfortable to wear.
