I continue to have connectivity issues with my iphone and people on the other end of the calls complain about roaring and excessive background noise. If needing for streaming rhen best buy, not great for calls.

The clamping on the ear are not strong at all

I almost lost them about 100 times to expensive to loose them becuase the quality of grip on them is no good. The sound is amazing , but becuas they are far from your ear the sound is super low. I put them into my ear canal the sound is amazing. I rather keep my Shocks they sound clear and louder than the boose. I 2as not happy becuase the sound is to far from you ear. I went to a store to teach me about the app to make them louder, but they still didn't sound as loud and clearl as my shocks.

Comfortable, but the sound could have been better.

The bad is the battery doesn’t last as long as other ear buds I have tried in the past and the case is flimsy.

The sound is great, should be a little louder but overall great. The con of this, making and receiving a call is terrible! Breaks up and the mic is extremely bad! People can barely hear me without me having to yell like im crazy. Bose dropped the ball on the Mic on these. R&D would’ve helped this product in various environments. Returning them back today. Hopefully the next wave is better and ill try again.
