    They are good, the only thing is the placement should be considered greatly or you can get alittle pain in the ear cartilage. And the mic for calls could use some work, everyone has trouble hearing me.

    Very comfort you can have it on for many hours but not good when you are in a call, not good for me, but if you want to listening music only good

    Not the best BOSE

    Not totally thrilled with them. They clip on ok but the sound seems to be muffled with how they fall in my ear. One of the buds doesn't seem to connect 100% of the time and I have to put it back in case and then try again. I have them linked to phone and computer, if computer is on and I want to use them with phone they won't connect. Haven't figured out how to correct this other than have computer off.

      Sorry to hear you're not completely happy with your Ultra Open Earbuds, though they do seem to fit you well. As for the connection issues you mentioned, it is best to wait until the right earbud's battery level has been announced before you put the left earbud in. Lastly, you can store up to 6 devices in the earbuds' device list, however you can only connect and play audio from one device at a time. I hope this information is useful!     Phone calls were not clear to those you speak with, also the clip hurt my ear. I returned the item.

    Mic not up to par

    Overall sound for open earbuds from bose qas as expected, but mic quality was not good. Mainly used in office environment and mic had difficulty picking up my voice.

    Cool concept but lacks in many areas

    Could be an amazing product but definitely for specific users. Calls are so quiet and sound quality just isnt there for me. If you like this form factor i do recommend it. However, for my personal uses i was not impressed.

The earbuds are updated wirelessly via the Bose app; the case is updated from a computer by going to btu.bose.com.     Do not buy these Bose Open earbuds

    I got this Bose Open earbuds on Dec 15-2025, They stopped working on Jan 28-2026, I went to BestBuy in Odessa TX on 2/3/2026. After they checked my earbuds, they told me I have to pay $40 restocking fee or I have to file a claim on Bose Website. With these expensive earbuds you think you would use them for long time, the answer would be “NO” I only used them for 1 month and a half. I would not recommend anyone buying these Bose Open earbuds.

    Lacks basic functionality

    Very expensive with no basic features like find my buds. The buds are comfortable but easily fall off and no option to cancel out noise.
