Bose is usually known for deep bass, however these provide none. As far connectivity goes, these only work if you download the Bose app to set them up first (No EQ features within the app for the earbuds) For $300 these should’ve also been waterproof. Great design though!

Posted .Hello Obadiah, I am sorry to hear that the Ultra Open earbuds haven't met your expectations, The app is designed to make pairing the earbuds to your phone much easier on top of the features the app provides including the ability to control everything through the Bose Music app take personalization even further with Adjustable EQ to Control bass, mid-range, and treble levels as you go.
This can be found in the audio section.
As for their water resistance levels while not waterproof these boast a water resistance level of IPX4 so they can get splashed on, dripped on, sprayed on without worry.

The audio did not blow me out of the water. The call quality is terrible! I attempted to return them but was told I was past the window which might not even have been true. I'm so upset that I let an employee who most likely could have cared less tell me this was a good option. Do your own research.

It’s nice to have open air to hear the surrounding noise but when you’re in a loud environment hearing music or phone calls is very difficult. I wouldn’t buy these again

However, these have been on back order for the last month and I have not had a chance to even try them out. I am giving Bose a 5 star review based on my past experiences, but reserve the right to change my rating if and when I finally get them
