Great Ear Bud, Great Sound
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you like quality sound but don't like having a typical ear bud stuffed in your ear. The Bose Open Ear Bud Ultras will be a great option for you. After 3 days of wearing these 16hrs a day, I will say out of any ear bud I own these are by far the most comfortable. They are very light weight and apply very little to no pressure to my ear. Which is always my biggest complaint with ear buds. The Bose Open Ear bud Ultra's have a very easy to use single button control that stays tucked out of the way behind your earlobe, which I find to be a great feature in comparison to other brands that I own. I always have had an issue with bumping the buttons on others while I'm working, which leads to accidental hang ups if I'm on a phone call or even skipping a favorite song. Battery Life is a big must for me as well, After using these for three days I haven't had to charge the case yet. If you need a ear bud that allows you to listen to music and also be able to hear what's going on around you, look no further. Now to the just ok things, volume level is lacking a bit. In louder environments such as the automotive shop I work in it can get loud and make it a bit harder to hear my music or phone calls, But that's kind of expected. The unique Immersive sound setting seems to be a bit glitchy, it tends to cut in and out, which I'm sure will be fixed with a firmware updated. those are the only two things that stopped me from giving a 5 star rating on these. Much like any Bose product there is an App. to control things like the EQ and quick functions which can be customized in the app. All in all these are a great sounding high end ear bud that wont hurt your ears.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my 4th pair in 9 months and they still don't work, I've only been able to exchange them because I have a warranty this is the second time I've had to pay 66.00 for a two year warranty they have never worked unfortunately this time I have reached out to Bose to see if they can help me if not every 10 days I'll be exchanging them out My 1st purchase was 12/24 I was within my return policy so I returned them got busy and missed the return period so I was stuck with them or pay another 66.00 so I decided to wait hoping they may come out with a new generation of them then I would upgrade but after 8 mos with using them and no new generation insight I decided to pay the 2nd 66.00 to keep the warranty for another years hoping these would work but nope still sound muffled so l exchange them out for another new pair and they still don't work, so if Bose is not able to help me then Best Buy where I brought them from needs to figure something out or they will see me every 10 day returning these Bose ear buds if they dont work.

Posted .Hi AntoineB, thank you for sharing your thoughts. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds feature two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly enhance call quality. If the microphones are blocked, it may result in poor sound for the person on the other end of the call. To ensure the best performance, please make sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on your ears.
