    This is the worst pair of Bose I ever purchased. The volume on these is worse than a 15-dollar pair off amazon.

Thanks to their OpenAudio technology, the Ultra Open Earbuds are designed to channel rich, high-quality volume into your ears, whilst keeping your ears open to the world around you. If you're having volume issues, make sure your connected mobile device is turned up all the way. Another thing to try is a quick reset of your earbuds, which is done as follows: https://support.bose.com/s/article/ult-headphoneopn-resetting-your-product---ka08c000001bufcaaa?isSessionCreated=true&language=en_US.     Did not fit in my ears correctly ..kept falling out .. would give 5 if they fit !!

    Review for my new Bose Ultra Ear Buds

    I was a bit skeptical due to fact that they don’t fit completely in your ear as my other bose ear buds did, but I have to admit that I’m very happy with these and the fact that I can still hear a bit even with them in my Ear.

    Good for comfort and laying in bed bad for everything else. Mic is poor for calls in general unless in a completely quiet environment. I am hoping it can be fixed via update but not hopeful

    After 3 months of use the battery died and did not charge anymore ,The sound quality is good but the environment has to be silent

    People tell me they hear an echo when talking to them. Definitely not recommended for the gym. You will hear everything. They are good for traveling or for studying. Excellent battery life.

    Iam having a lot of trouble putting this on and I have to hold it on my ear to hear the music but that's the only way I can hear the sound which is awesome

    They are super convenient but Bose products for the ear NO Base!!!! As usual. When I think Bose I think clean, clear, and base. How they say substance!!! I want to hear every instrument

      Hello Yolanda, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Ultra Open Earbuds' bass performance! Don't forget that these earbuds come with an Equalizer built into the app. This allows you to fine-tune your sound, in order to achieve the bass, mid and treble output that you're looking for. To use the Equalizer, go to the Bose app, select your earbuds, then tap the "EQ" button in the lower-left corner. Or, within the "Sound" section of the Settings menu, select "Equalizer".     Cons- Phone calls sound like you’re in a wind tunnel and it’s difficult to hear even if you’re inside. If you play your music louder, people next to you can easily hear it. Pros - they are very comfortable and do not come off of your ears.

At most listening levels, people around you shouldn't hear anything; however, they may do if you use the earbuds at loud volumes in quieter environments.     Love how I do not have to take out my Earphones or use transparency mode which decreased my battery consumption on my other buds. so these are amazing and hardly notice they are on.
