    They where ok just not worth the money. Every call taken people would say often they couldn't hear me.

    Music sometimes randomly pauses for a couple seconds. Also makes a cracking noise at time.

    Bose ear clip headphones

    These headphones are excellent when you first get them but when a couple months pass there useless. The charging pens on the case is sorry and always gets stuck so I can’t charge my headphones. This is the second time.

    Was not what i was expecting from this brand. Not loud enough. Was hard to hear other people on calls or music.

    A bad purchase. It's not what I expected the audio is very bad when I want to talk on the phone the audio is very bad. All bad. I regret the purchase.

    They dont fit in the ear so that you can hear the best sound. I think they need to aim into the canal more.

    You can barely hear when you run. Also call quality sucks you can barely hear the person on the phone and they can barely hear you too. I returned mine

    The quality to listen to videos or music is good. But the quality to make phone calls is very bad. There is no noise cancelation and the person sounds like they're talking through a Tin can.

    Was really excited to purchase as the concept of the headphone was unique. I really disliked them the moment I tried them on. They didn't fit well, the sound was horrible.

    They are great for music, but if you're looking to use these as earbuds to hear people while talking, DONT... Its a waste of money and time.

    Really Bose?... I bought these on sale for $230 and wanted to return them after 5 minutes of use. Music quality is okay and call quality is awful. DO NOT buy these unless you'll be in a perfectly quite environment the entire time of use. There are several options that are MUCH BETTER than Bose for half the cost. Go look at Shokz and JBL, you'll thank me. Will be returning for a refund.

If you're having trouble hearing or being heard on calls, firstly make sure that your earbuds are using the latest firmware; Bose released firmware version 4.0.22 to improve the customer's experience on calls.     The sound is wonderful but the fit is not for all ears. They kept falling out of my ears and I adjusted them several times and they still kept falling out

    This is a great concept design was trying to replace my AirPods Pro because I kept on falling out but after listening sound quality is not good. I was expecting something better from Bose I’m actually returning them because it’s not worth the $300 price tag.

      Their design is different from any other Bose earbuds, so we understand if you are not used to such product. They will not block out noises like any other earbuds would as they don't sit in your ears and don't have noise cancellation, however the Bose OpenAudio as well as the Immersive modes and how they will fit comfortably in your ears, are great technologies that offer low leakage, spatial audio so you can wear these buds all day to enjoy your music, and still be aware of what's happening around you.
