I think the open year earbuds are awesome. They fit really good and they stay right in place. My only concern is that when I’m listening to My maps when I’m trying to go somewhere, it has a delay in its response, so I miss the first part of the directions. Sound cloudy is good. I feel like the features should be a little better though.

These earbuds are comfortable to wear for long periods. The open-ear design makes it easy to stay aware of surroundings while still enjoying music. Battery life is solid too.

Love these I use them everyday and the battery life is really long. Very satisfied with sound quality and build quality. They are so comfortable i forget Im wearing them sometimes.

Took a little getting used to but the sound is great either in stereo or immersion. The most I’ve ever paid for earbuds.I’m hoping that they last longer than most.

People constantly complain about not being able to hear me. Ear buds will connect and disconnect at random. Volume isn't great. They are very comfortable and can be worn all day. I would forget they were there. Button function is nice.

Bought them for my wife for Christmas she had been looking at then since came out. She thinks they are amazing used them everyday for at work for 8 to 12 hour a day. Sound great work amazing on phone calls and dont feel like she even wearing them.

The comfort is the most important thing out of these, I have sensative ears and can't wear in the ear buds for very long, these I can wear for hours with no problem, I don't have to keep taking them out or pausing music when someone talks to me, and the sound is great.

Really good sound quality, it’s not as quiet as I thought it was gonna be so that’s a good surprise. Only bad thing is for some reason at times it sounds like the right ear bud pops and the speaker sounds like it’s gonna blow out but then it goes back to normal after like 2-3 minures

Theae are the best earbuds ever made. They stay put for hours and do not irritate the ears.

Outstanding sound but very tricky to adjust volume and modes can't go any higher than 4 stars actually it's more of a 3-1/2 stars

They are great and sound great. Conformable and a little getting use to using it. Definitely different from the other ultra earbuds but can't be compared like a lot of people are doing. Read read read ! Earbuds tend to increase wax production in people ear and this solves that issue for sure because they don't go into the ear canal. Problem solved Big time. It's either a headset or these at the gym and I think these are superior. I highly recommend them. Not for everyone but for a certain kind of person. They Sound amazing.

Would not recommend for use in a gym. Maybe it's my own fault...for medical reasons, not supposed to insert anything into my ear canal. know they're not built for volume, but with the ambient noise/music in a gym atmosphere, they are just way too quiet. It's a struggle to even listen to a podcast. The connectivity is also surprisingly bad. The left earbud cuts out somewhat frequently, and if you cover your ear for any reason (like wiping sweat), the sound is interrupted...very strange.

The earbuds are honestly amazing. I would give them a 5/5 IF they did well on audio while being on a call. They don’t do very well when it comes to being a microphone for a phone call which is its only negative thing. Besides that, they’re incredible earbuds. I love that I can work on things & listen to music or an audio book while also being aware of my surroundings. I get spooked very easily & sometimes that can be hard with regular noise canceling headphones/earbuds.

The sound quality is quite good, but the microphone is the weak point of the device. I’m not sure if it’s due to the microphone’s placement, but the person’s voice sounds distant when speaking. Despite this, the sound quality and comfort are some of the best I’ve tried. Without a doubt, it’s a good option if you prioritize sound quality.

These are great for doing literally anything and still being able to hear around you while others cannot hear whats playing. Love these! Ordering a 2nd pair for my husband. Love using these while out running. I can hear any cars approaching - so great for safety! And they fit snug. Highly recommend

The earbuds are great but the customer support is abysmal. They're very comfy and they sound great but I lost one of the earbuds on campus, which was entirely my fault. When I contacted their support to try to purchase a replacement earbud they informed me that they are factory paired and it is impossible to purchase a replacement. The only option they gave me was to purchase a new one at full price. After some discussion they did offer me a one-time discount to purchase a new set. However the purchase price was based on their original MSRP not what I purchased it which would have still been more expensive than what I paid at Best buy. I recommend avoiding any earbuds like these if this is their standard protocol.
