I got these earbuds for my daughter on her birthday but regrettably she asked me to return them. I am a big fan of the Bose name but in spite of the sound quality she claimed they were too heavy on her ears and uncomfortable.

These are great because I am aware of my surroundings and I don’t feel like I’m in a vacuum. I mainly got them for when I’m walking my dogs but they are becoming my “go to” earbuds. They may look a little strange at first but they are really comfortable and they sound really good! Highly recommended!

Bought these as a gift for my girlfriend and she loves them, she even bought some stickers to design them and they look great, the sound is good and very practical while shes at work

It depends on the shape of your ear how they fit. The volume for me is not loud enough. When I attempt to adjust the earbuds, they go back how they were and my volume goes back down. They might work better for others, but not as well for me.

However, the volume is not loud enough. When using just one earbud, it is especially quiet, and even with both earbuds in I have to turn my phone volume all the way up just to hear clearly. Phone calls are the biggest issue. The call quality is awful and most people on the other end cannot hear or understand me. This makes them unreliable for calls. Other users have reported similar problems with microphone and call quality on these earbuds. Overall, while the music quality is decent, the low volume and poor call quality make these hard to justify for the price. If I had been able to try them in the store first, I would not have purchased them.

Sound Quality 10/10 Voice cancellation 8/10 since it has none on music but you can change by raising up the volume Phone Calls Quality 0/10 Not great for phone calls , I changed settings setting it on stereo or another mode where its not immersive . no one can hear me, I can barely hear them in a barely loud area . I dont understand why the quality of the call cant be like the sound quality of the Music . The 3 star review is only based on calls but if you are just going to listen to music , its a perfect 10/10 ,Adjust them as well because sometimes it may sound lower but if you push them a bit higher you can hear it very clear wihtout needed much volume PERKS- I still recommend them if your ear hurts with regular earbuds for MUSIC CONS-If you are going to do just phone calls, Consider anohter type of earbud

Well made easy to use product. Very sleek and modern

I liked the way they fit my ears, I could barely notice they were there after a while. The sound quality wasn't too bad for open earbuds. My main problem with them and the reason I returned them was the microphone quality during calls was terrible. I hope it is something they can fix in a firmware update, but none of the updates fixed it during the time I had them.

I've used all kinds of different earbuds and the like over the last few years and I would have to say that I like these more than all the others. Pretty good battery life, the sound could be a tad better, and they are extremely comfortable to wear for an extended period of time.

I love how these clip on so they aren’t in the way of earrings or glasses. The sound is very good for an open ear bud. Sadly though, I am unable to use these for work calls - the person couldn’t hear me so I had to go back to my other ear buds. I still like these for listening to music or to use with my IPad, and the immersive audio feature is fun!

Great sound which is expected from this brand. Unfortunately, using the app isn't an improvement on sound quality. Two stars because at this price point you'd expect an overall decent experience BUT the phone call quality is waaay below acceptable. JLABs at least inclue 2 Mic ENC on their epic open sports for less than half the price. I WOULD NOT recommend these to anyone expecting to make phone calls with them. Which these days, I'm sure almost anyone is expecting to take or make calls. Bose price point remains high but dont improve quality.

I expected more from these because of brand and reputation but it is very hard for people to hear you when on the phone but they are great for music.

Husband loves these and we plan to buy me a pair now. He loves how they clip on.

I have not loved the ear pods that insert into my ear. They are uncomfortable after a short period of time and they never truly fit well. These are great - super sound quality and wrap around your outer ear. Love these!

would have never got these because I am rough on earbuds, I break them all the time. But my warranty was good so I go an upgrade, and these things are outstanding open ear amazing sound quality of Bose untouchable,

Sounds great, sound control is great and it fits great. The only minor drawback is that sometime the phone doesn't automatically reconnects it when you need to.

The best earphones I have ever owned. Easy on the ear. You won’t even notice that you’re wearing it , Sound was excellent. I never expected it for an open earphone. The only downside I could say is that you could easily loose it without noticing it . And also the microphone has poor reception. When I use it to talk on the phone , the other side has difficulty hearing my voice. Other than that I really like the sound of this.

I really like that i can wear these for hours and have no discomfort. They sound great and they’re perfect for when you are not trying to block any noise and yet still be able to listen to something without bothering others.
