One of the best ear bud that ever bought.

So with that being said I absolutely love them because I hate to keep pushing buds into my ear canal. And I work in a warehouse so I need to hear everything around me. The sound quality is excellent as with any Bose. I don’t talk to anyone so I don’t care about a microphone but everyone hears me clearly when I do talk. I got these for comfort. So if you love regular earbuds these probably won’t be for you.

For a premium-priced Bose product, I expected much better durability. Really disappointing.

The battery life is great but lessens when using immersive audio. I tried the immersive audio but didn't really impress me. The sound is decent but will wash out if your environment is loud.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start off with, I have the Bose quiet comfort earbuds and they are my all-time favorite pair of earbuds that I own (and I own quite a bit of earbuds:)) anyway, since I already know that Bose has amazing audio products, I purchased these because at my job I am not permitted to wear two earbuds at a time due to safety and communication issues. But with these buds I can wear both and still be aware of my surroundings. They also have been amazing for wearing around the house, and still being able to hear people at my door, and engage in conversation with my music running in the background. I also wore these outdoor in the rain, and they operated perfectly due to the button control and no touch sensor which the rain usually messes with.

Not to mention Bose incredible sound system!!! Highly recommend them!

My problem is when riding bike volume struggle to keep up with the wind noise plus when answering a call I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me.

Due to the buds' open-ear design, an excessive amount of wind noise can indeed make it hard for you to hear your audio content. As for the more serious problem of not being able to take calls, make sure your earbuds are using their latest firmware; version 4.0.22 was released last year to improve the customer's experience on calls.
