It does stay in your ear securely. Whenever I'm riding or walking, the only downfall. Is the call quality when making and receiving a call? It's an issue. People cannot hear me and if they do, it sounds gargled.

Posted .Hi Grace, I'm glad you find your Ultra Open Earbuds comfortable to wear! If the right bud won't connect or hold a charge, try a reset first. This is done by putting both buds in the case, then pressing and holding the button on the back for 20 seconds with the case still open. Rebooting your mobile device may also help in strengthening the Bluetooth connection. Not great for the price

Innovative ear buds

But for my use case was not in my best interest to keep past the return window. I would consider purchasing again if the software included multi-point connection and additional colors to choose from.

I am disappointed for these to be a Bose product and expected it the comfort , perform and over all sound quality to match their other products. The best one so far would be Shokz.
