Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried these Bose ultra open ear buds and the sound was what you’d expect from Bose but they made my ears very sore after only one day of use. They squeezed the cartilage of the ear which drove me crazy and after a few minutes made my ear sore. I kept wearing them and rotated one ear at a time for my meetings all day thinking I may have just needed to break them in, but both ears were just so sore. I liked that they stayed outside of the ear and the sound was amazing but I had to return because they were not comfortable for me. I tried them in different places by sliding them up and down the ear but that didn’t help.

When worn correctly, the earbuds will direct plenty of volume and rich-quality audio into your ears, without other people being able to hear any detail of the music unless they get up close. First the right ear shows 10-30% less than the left ear even though they both show 100% when I begin to listen. No one can hear me when they call. Also the sound is great if I hold the earbuds to my ear but move away when I release them. Then I can't hear the music well at all. Taking these back. Very disappointed.

The other person will not hear you at all and I believe this is an issue with this earbuds anyway. But overall good for listening to music.

I’m going to bestbuy now to figure it out, but if I get nothing out of this I recommend not buying this product. Besides that the battery life is great, stick in my ear pretty well but if your in a loud environment probably don’t buy this product.
