Been using them at work for conference calls, webex meetings etc and haven't had any issues with others not hearing me or having problems hearing them.

I haven't been able to successfully manipulate the EQ so they sound good to the caller on the other end.

Not as awesome as I thought

But when I talk to somebody they say that there is a echo and they can't really hear me. So that is a sucky thing and makes me very sad.
