    This is a great concept design was trying to replace my AirPods Pro because I kept on falling out but after listening sound quality is not good. I was expecting something better from Bose I’m actually returning them because it’s not worth the $300 price tag.

      Their design is different from any other Bose earbuds, so we understand if you are not used to such product. They will not block out noises like any other earbuds would as they don't sit in your ears and don't have noise cancellation, however the Bose OpenAudio as well as the Immersive modes and how they will fit comfortably in your ears, are great technologies that offer low leakage, spatial audio so you can wear these buds all day to enjoy your music, and still be aware of what's happening around you.

    Receiving calls on thess ear buds is the worst experience i have ever had , they are horrible on call the other person on cant hear you as well as your self . But they are good on the music

    I did not really like the sound on these . They are easy to connect but how they hang on your ear was not the best for my gym workouts

    Really Bose?... I bought these on sale for $230 and wanted to return them after 5 minutes of use. Music quality is okay and call quality is awful. DO NOT buy these unless you'll be in a perfectly quite environment the entire time of use. There are several options that are MUCH BETTER than Bose for half the cost. Go look at Shokz and JBL, you'll thank me. Will be returning for a refund.

    I have had these earbuds for 2 months and if you are listening to music they work fine, they do not work well for talking on the phone. I wish I could return but it is too late.

    To preface this review, if you buy these Bose Ultra Open Earbuds expecting the best sound available, then you are probably going to be a little disappointed. However, these aren't made to have the best sound available. They are made to provide great sound when listening to music, calls, or watching shows/movies and still be able to hear what's going on around you. They exceed at this goal tremendously while still providing very, very good sound. Setup with the Bose app is simple. I had them connected to my phone and was listening to music in a few minutes. Listening to clear and quality sounding music with earbuds on while still being able to carry on a conversation is something I didn't know I needed. It's a pretty spectacular achievement, especially having never tried open concept earbuds and generally having been skeptical of them in the past. I've tried running with them on, laying with them on, and just sitting and listening. In all scenarios I've been extremely impressed with how I can hear everything, the music and sounds around me. These earbuds are so comfortable; by far they are the most comfortable earbuds I own. They are very lightweight and they stay in place no matter what I'm doing. My favorite aspect so far is wearing them in bed. In-ear earbuds get uncomfortable quick with my head on a pillow, but these don't bother me at all. And with the open concept, I am still able to hear if my children are up at night. I cannot express how much these have impressed me in that respect. With the open concept, expect to lose some of the sound quality you are used to with high priced in-ear noise cancelling earbuds. I've noticed that the bass especially doesn't hit as hard. That said, the sound quality is still fantastic. It's clear as can be even while hearing outside noise. I highly recommend these for anyone looking for lightweight, comfortable, high quality, open-ear earbuds.

    Broken after 7 months with no real support options

    Right one stopped working after seven months. Referred to manufacture as I had not purchased plan. Bose offered me $100 off a different pair that according to BOSE would ship four weeks after they received the return. They're nice, but hope you don't have any issues as it seems the warranty is not being honored.

    Very unhappy with Bose. I was expecting alot more and i felt let down. Not tight enough around the ears and the sound quality wasn't there as well as trying to talk to another person
