Great sound quality with situational awareness?!??! YES PLEASE! I will recommend for people wanting good aound quality without losing awareness of running, walking, at work or ever in your comfort spot.

They suddenly started dropping the connection for a couple days. However an update that was pushed down fixed the issue. Hopefully there are not more issues to come.

The sound quality is not as good as the other Bose products, but that is because these are open-ear, so I can accept that. I have gotten a few terrible ear infections over the last few years that I attribute to ear-in earbuds, so I wanted to try something new. I would recommend these if you have the same concerns as I.

I can enjoy the nice clear sound that Bose offers while still being aware of things happening around me. I bought them for me but my son wears them all of the time because he likes them better than Apple earbuds.

I work in a semi noisy environment however, which make these earbuds useless. The volume on phone calls is extremely low, I tried every setting on both my phone and the Bose app and nothing could make them loud enough to have a conversation. For $300 I expect to be able to use them for more than just listening to music.

As for phone calls, however, make sure the earbuds are being worn correctly and that the mic holes are not blocked. However, theres no way to make them play a sound, to get them to vibrate nothing. It will ONLY show the last known postion, and ONLY since the last time they were connected. Its absolutely stupid. They wont connect or turn one to use a Bluetooth scanner and theres no way to make them make any kind of sound. So now im left with writing off a $300 pair of headphones because they dont have a find my function like my $30 knock off amazon ones do......just bare that in mind should you choose to buy um
