Camera cleaning kit fail

On opening the package found mold throughout the contents. The cleansing liquid had apparently leaked out. Had purchased the cleaner to take with me on a 3 week vacation but had to leave it at home. Best Buy initially refused to accept it as a return (because of their return policy) but finally took it back after a manager was requested. Not happy with the defective product nor the customer service treatment.

Bower has failed me

I did, however, get a lens pen and it works beautifully. As for as this Bower kit it's a disappointment. The paper left steeks and the cloth was super small the air puffer was totally bad. I can't say anything good about this kit. I hope BestBuy starts to carry more camera gear options. I would have to say if you are looking for a leaning option go with the LensPen it works better.
