It is the best self stick that I ever had very good product

It works well and i use it all the time now that i harve it

I only purchased this product from Best Buy because thought Best Buy never selling used and opened boxes items, but totally disappointed. I ordered this online, and when opened the box I could see dust and fingerprint on the item, even the button of the handle was dirty and darker than the other parts. So I decided to return the item to the store, but later find out that the return policy was only 15 days. So this will go to the trash and waist of money.

Cover page says that it is “for use with most smartphones & tablets” but it’s not true at all, only for phones and cameras. Not even an ipad mini would fit!

1, remote don't work with my Camera. 2, when not extended its flimsy. 3, with camera on tilted up its flimsy. I'm returning it back tomorrow. I only had it for 4 days and hate it.

It’s better than nothing. Not very stable and I couldn’t get the button to function when connected to Bluetooth. I just used it as a tripod and used the timer function on my phone.

i was really happy when i got it & so excited to use it. This tripod broke within a week of purchasing. The attachment to hold the phone is very cheap. When attempting to tighten the hold, so my phone is propped straight up with 0 tilt, the twisting screw came completely off. I don't have a camera for the extra attachment, so i now i have buy a whole new tripod

With phone attached it tips over being used as a tripod. Better used as a selfie stick

Bought it to use on vacation. Broke after the third day. The telescoping arm slid right out of the base. The best feature about this product is the bluetooth button. If you can find another product of better quality, I'd suggest that.

This is a pretty versatile product but either has a design flaw or I got a defective item. The problem is in the ball joint that allows you to position the phone at different angles. Either the ball is not round, or the plastic socket is not uniformly rounded. When I position the desired angle the joint slips away to a different angle. I was using this as a selfie stick but assume the problem would occur anytime the ball joint is used. I ended up returning it.

Unstable when extended and can only be used hard surface.

This is a nice little phone holder to include yourself in the photo.

Great product. Durable.I recommend. My entire family love this item.
